New European Franchise and Mexican tomatillos

The CEO of a new European franchise contacted us for advise related to Mexican dishes (fast food) and salsa. They needed to reduce the cost of producing Mexican sauce for their new franchise located in two countries in Northern Europe.

They were producing Mexican sauce with a special recipe developed by their European Chef in their commercial kitchen. However, the cost of importing fresh tomatillo was too high. We suggested different brands of canned tomatillo (both crushed or whole), provided prices in bulk amounts, international transport costs and delivery time.

As a result they reduced cost of their Mexican salsa, decreased production time, and also found us as a reliable Mexican food providers (Franchise food provider) in Europe. Additionally, we are suggesting other ingredients that will help them in improving the Mexican taste of their dishes and reduce costs.
