Mexican restaurant and new menue

Every season this Mexican restaurant changes menue. Initially, we assessed their facilities, head chef and assistant chefs skills, type of customers, price per dish, and provided a list of potential traditional dishes according to the ingredients available in the United Kingdom. This list included varied soups, snacks, vegetarian and meat stews, salads, puddings, drinks and desserts from different regions in Mexico. Additionally, under request of the Head Chef, we tried the new dishes and suggested adjustments to their recipes in order to improve quality, taste, price and food safety. We also provided raw and processed ingredients to enhance their recipes and make them unique in London.

As a result the restaurant increased customers, improved costs, and provided a unique offering of traditional Mexican dishes that increased their popularity amongst the Mexican and British communities.
